As a courier I am often in rural areas with no internet or cell signal. I use this app in conjunction with Road Warrior to plan and help navigate my route. As with any GPS it isnt 100% accurate all the time but more often than not it gets the job done. Highly recommended if you need an offline map!

The place I need it the most isnt here. I remember back when I used Nokia E71, it had maps for Japan, and then I updated it, it was gone forever. Problem with Japan is theyre so restrictive in prepaid plans its hard to use data-using map apps.

I downloaded this before a trip to Oslo, Norway. I wasnt expecting much, especially when I found T-Mobile limited my overseas roaming experience to 2G! But the app blew me away! Firstly it functioned perfectly, even on the restricted bandwidth. Its location GPS was very accurate on my previously downloaded map. Within a day I was not only walking around the city, but using the tram system, as all the lines were clearly marked. It even told me the times of the next trams at any station. Looking up any address or sight was easy, and it would immediately tell me how far away it was and how to get there. Not only that, it remembered a number of prior locations (ideal when trying to get back to the hotel after a heavy days sightseeing). The accuracy of the GPS was a life-saver when trying to get to commuter train stations with unpronounceable names in the suburbs to meet friends! I have used any number of maps while traveling, but this is hands down the winner IMHO.

Drove around crossing six states over 14 hours with precision offline turn-by-turn navigation. Never use google maps again.

I always use it when we go on vacations and I love it! I tried a few different apps, but this is the best Ive found so far!

this os great but nerds some improvement in the interface and the offline navigation!

Extremely easy to use. Why would you need to pay for other gps apps when this on is free. Love it.

On iPad, no landscape mode. I put in an address that I travel, although it did get me there, it sent me via surface roads instead of the interstate for 30% of the trip. Much longer travel times! Ill hope for updates soon.

Best offline maps navigator, drive and walk available offline, easy to use awesome

Have been using for few months now and always reliably worked. Missing search for intersection though and does not reroute based on traffic. The new feature if shortcuts on map is very nice!

Used this app while in Europe without even being connected to any network - better than google maps or Apple maps hands down

If your offline it wont even search for the addresses you type lol this app is all just fake.

This offering is better than their Windows phone counterpart.

I tried multiple options in settings and nothing. I even downloaded multiple voices options and still nothing. Any clue why?

This app does exactly what it says will do. Unlike other map apps the ability to go off-line and not hog data is wonderful. Ive used it for multi-hour drives and was able to turn the traffic on and off when I saw congestion coming up and that detoured me around the traffic instantly once I turned it on. I know in one instance saved me an hour back up in traffic. No complaints at all. It is the go to off-line map program.

It would be more better if you add street view! Please do that!
